    “Well, I had no difficulty there. Everybody seemed very nice and the doctor talked to me about my health very nicely. I didn't have any problem. I was pleased with everything that I went through that day. So I don't have any complaints. I don't have any bad feelings over what was said or what was done. Everybody greeted me well. So that's all I have to say. So all is well.”

    “I was seriously very impressed with the service overall from the reception to checking in and everything, even online. And we were seen at a faster rate than I even. Everything was explained and the doctor really broke it down into non-medical terms where people like me would understand. And so I definitely would refer people here.     “I was unable to schedule an appointment with my previous caregiver at a location convenient for me, so Teresa was new to me. I felt comfortable with her and hope I will not have any issues if I need to contact her for reasons related to my care. If past history with previous providers is any indication, I am sure that this will not be an issue.”

    “The Luminis website and appointment setting process is a joke. It took me a few days of trying to login while getting bombarded with texts/emails about filling out the check in forms. As the first impression of practice competence and brand integrity, you fail. I asked several staff members what they thought of the website and received an unanimous series of eyerolls. This is your achilles heal and currently not how you would like to be judged.”

    “I did not get into the appointment until 20 min after appointment time. I didn't see the actual provider (NP) until 1 HOUR AFTER MY APPOINTMENT TIME. No AFTER VISIT paperwork in My Chart. When I got home, MyChart hadn't even recognized the appointment had taken place. THEN, it disappeared altogether. Only the Xray appears in my chart.”
